KEY to our success is our leadership team. Legacee is
led by an exceptional management group with proven leadership abilities. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MICHAEL
R. WILLIAMS Mr. Williams draws from varied experience in business development and management to bring cohesiveness to business and technical concerns. He brings an added emphasis to, strategic planning, budgeting, marketing and business development support. Oversees all corporate financial, legal and venture activities, funding solicitations and banking negotiations. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BENNARD L. NELSON Jr.Vice-President Mr. Nelson has over 16 years of diverse Project/Program management experience, spanning the Commercial, State and Federal arenas. He draws on a wealth of leadership experience from his various commands, as an Officer in the United States Army. As a former Program Administrator for the Texas Commission on Environmenat Quality (TCEQ), he is well versed in state and federal environmental regulations and requirements for effective waste management. He brings a strong emphasis in the areas of regulatory/client liaison and representation and corrective action procedures. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RUTHIE
SIMMONS-GREEN Ms. Green is a Project Scientist with a diverse work history. She has been involved in projects regarding environmental site assessments, soil remediation, UST removal, wetland delineation, and hazardous waste characterization and disposal. As a former Environmental Project Manager for the U.S. Department of Energy, Mrs. Green has gained invaluable experience in environmental monitoring, technical report writing, general analytical skills, and negotiating federal contracts. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MARK W. KROHN Krohn is a highly recognized health physicist. He provides health
physics consulting and training to clients nationwide. His focus
is in implementing on-site training and Laboratory Quality Assurance
programs, directing radiological surveying and laboratory analysis
of samples. He has personally developed State recognized Radiological
Safety Officer and NORM Surveyor training courses, as well as, procedures
for the specific licensing of NORM disposal.
